Looking at the charts all the time can really hurt your trading, yet it’s what a lot of traders seem to want to do. If you are having a hard time with your trading, and you keep sabotaging your trades, then ask yourself what's causing the problems.
So often as traders we place our trades, and then we constantly watch them, allowing our emotions to rip us apart inside, wasting away in front of our monitors.
