These days, people are so eager and willing (if not excited) to go into debt, and they don't even see anything wrong with it. But look, the fact of the matter is that the debtor is slave to the lender, and we unfortunately have a ton of people today who are perfectly fine with being a slave to someone else, just to live a life they can't actually afford.
This is one of the many reasons why I hate debt, and why I believe that we should all actively avoid debt as much as possible. However, if you, like most people, have to go into debt, you should understand it as much as you can. You should know the difference between good debt and bad debt, and you should know the two kinds of debt you should only ever allow yourself to get caught up in, assuming going into debt is unavoidable.
We'll talk about this and more in today's episode. Have a happy Memorial Day Weekend!
